The Hornsby District Cricket Club is proud to support the Primary Club of Australia.

This relationship has grown over many years and we are honoured to be the Number 1 club ticket holder in Australia!

A small percentage from each players fee goes to the Primary Club each season and we also encourage each player to add to that by donating a further $1 for each duck scored thoughout the season.

The major fund raiser for the Primary Club is Marathon Cricket, held on the SCG each year and HDCC is priveledged to be invited to enter a team and play a short match on the hallowed turf. Something not to be missed and yet another advantage of membership of Hornsby District Cricket Club.

We also support young crickers in Sri Lanka with the donation of used HDCC equipment and clothing.  These donations are personally delivered by HDCC players during our regular Sri Lankan Cricket Tours. Lasting usually for 10 days, the tours take in the major sites in Sri Lanka and of course involve a number of matches against local teams. Great fun is had and firm friendships made.
